As the Executive Director of Cultivating Solutions, she’s dedicated to improving the quality of life for rural Oregonians by fostering collaboration, amplifying community voices, and driving meaningful change.

Kelie McWilliams’ career has been defined by a commitment to meeting people where they are and building bridges across diverse perspectives. With a proven track record of managing complex programs and securing multimillion-dollar funding for rural initiatives, Kelie has led efforts to address critical issues such as health equity, early literacy, and economic justice.

Kelie has worked on more than 50 political campaigns, from local city council races to statewide initiatives, and has a passion for empowering communities through voter engagement and advocacy. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a deep respect for the unique challenges and opportunities facing rural communities.

In addition to her work with Cultivating Solutions, she’s served as a consultant, nonprofit leader, and advocate, partnering with grassroots organizations, policymakers, and donors to create lasting impact.
